Embracing Vulnerability

Reflecting on the past year and contemplating the road ahead, it's crucial to acknowledge the profound lesson that sometimes we must reach out and say, "I am confused, I am overwhelmed, I'm not sure. Can you help me make sense of this?" Yes, it's daunting to allow ourselves to be vulnerable and transparent, as someone just said to me. Today, I've been humbled by this reminder that I am not an island; I do not have to work everything out for myself, and no, I do not have all of the answers. Great ideas, a sense of connection, and a feeling of peace come from collaborating and opening ourselves up to each other. Huh... I keep preaching that; I'd better practice it too. So here's my thought for the day: let's approach the new year with a renewed commitment to connection and support, knowing that together, we can navigate any uncertainty that lies ahead. As Ram Dass said “We’re all just walking each other home".
